Meg is a mechanical engineer who has spent more than a decade working in corporate America, including at some of the largest petrochemical companies in the world. Drawn to a simpler path and purpose, she’s now also a plant-based wellness advocate and simplicity mentor. She’s a certified Forest bathing Guide and holds a plant-based nutrition certificate from Cornell University. Meg started FoodWaterShelterSpace and The Corporate Veggie in 2021.
